Our House Rules

All signs of smoking outside must be disposed off safely by you before check out.

Music can be played, but not past 10pm and please be considerate of our neighbours at all times.

Dog mess must be cleared up immediately.

When possible we ask for dogs not to go upstairs, if they do they must not go on the beds.

Please use dog blankets if they go on the furniture, but preferably they stay off all soft furnishings.

The garden is secure but we ask for dogs to be supervised at all times to avoid any damage to

property or garden.

Dogs must not be left in the house alone unless given prior consent.

Use of the play equipment is at your own risk.

We cannot be held responsible for any injury or accident caused.

The play equipment is designed for children 2-8 years old only.

Maximum weight recommended is 50kg.

Make sure there is adult supervise at all times!

Any damage to the equipment could incur an Upto £350 charge.
